We want to help communities all around the world be places people actually love to be, live, work, play, and stay. With the exception of Ann Arbor, here in Michigan we are losing the young and talented "creative-class" to places that are, well, "cooler." Although Ann Arbor was voted best place to retire in 2009 by the AARP, communities wither without attraction and retention of young people. Younger people are more savvy these days with how they feel they deserve to live, and all communities must embrace at least some of the precepts for developing places they want to be. We have the knowledge and team to create places people love-and pay more for!-to work, live and play.
