Innovation Center 912 N. Main View a map

The Innovation Center is a two story, 12,800 SF masonary building from the 1940's.  Originally built for Stabler Oil Corp. Peter Allen bought and rehabbed the building in 1999.  It is four suites with a variety of open spaces and private offices.  It has on site parking and nice landscaping on the east side to enjoy lunches.

Dubbed Riverfront at Argo Pond, this side of Ann Arbor used to be a predominately industrial area of town and is now a burgeoning center with a mix of uses with mutli-modal transit connections bordered by the Huron River. Due partly to our work salvaging and upgrading the buildings along this stretch of N. Main, and thanks to the Ann Arbor Parks Department’s work on the B2B trails, this area has seen a resurrection and many people love the modern buildings combined with the industrial chic of the Railroad, and very natural prominence of the Huron River and Argo Pond and Dam. This area is close to Kerrytown, the Amtrak station, the Ann Arbor Farmer’s Market, Casey’s Bar and Grill, the Canoe Livery, and easy access to M-14 and US-23 and Downtown Ann Arbor.
