Originally built in 1856, we rehabbed the Second Walker building in 1999, bringing the building up to code and installing all new mechanicals and plumbing.
The building totals roughly 7600 SF, with about 1900 SF per floor. Each floor can be divided in half. It is a half block west of Main Street restaurants and shops.
First floor houses the very successful Salon Vox, voted one of the three best hair salons in Michigan by Elle Magazine.
There are T1's coming into the building and currently the second and third floor share an air conditioned server closet on the third floor.
Public parking is available in the lot directly to the south of the building as well as ample street parking.
