Historically the local burther block building, this building saw improvements by renowned architects Newman Smith in the 80's and further modernization in 2007 by Rueter Associates. The first floor served as show room for the Kingsley Lane Lofts development which reached 50% sold until Pfizer pulled out of Ann Arbor. The building now houses the successful New York firm Hook Logic, who occupies both the first and second floors.
